We explicitly guarantee:

1. No Deal Circumvention: Sethu will never bypass a broker to directly approach property owners, clients, or brands for independent transactions.
2. Broker Data Protection: Data contributed by brokers will never be used to compete with them or benefit unauthorized third parties.
3. Commission Independence: Sethu does not interfere in broker-negotiated commission arrangements unless explicitly stated for B2B or VAS (Value Added Services) revenue-sharing agreements.

• B2B client data is treated under the same security and privacy principles as broker data.
• Data may be used for property searches, deal facilitation, trend analytics, and service optimization but never sold to third parties.
• Confidential deal requirements are never disclosed publicly or to competitors.
